Dr. Badar Monir joined the Ministry of Health as an intern in 1994. He then obtained his Masters and membership in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics from the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh, Scotland. In 2009 he was awarded the fellowship from the Royal College of Edinburgh. With more than 20 years of clinical expertise, Dr. Monir is one the most experienced orthodontists in the country with the largest number of completed orthodontic cases in Oman. He is an active member of the Oman Dental Society and the Chairperson of the Oman Orthodontic Club. Notably, he was the first director of the orthodontic residency program of the Ministry of Health.

Dr. Julio received his DDS from University of Manizales in Colombia, South America, 1995. He often participates in international practical courses in other areas of dentistry to advance his skills adding to his portfolio. He has completed a Masters course in Regenerative Plastic Esthetic Periodontal Surgery from the School of Dental Medicine, University of Bern, Switzerland. Dr. Julio has also participated in "hands on" courses for smile design at Rosenthal Institute's Aesthetic Advantage Continuum at New York University. He is the member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and the International Team for Implantology, Switzerland. Dr. Julio is dedicated to treating his patients with comprehensive restorative aesthetic dentistry, smile design and implant dentistry which laud him as the ‘dentist to see’.

Dr. Mohamed Al Nabhani received his BDS from University College, The National University of Ireland in Cork. He has notably obtained the Membership of Faculty of Dental Surgery (MFDS) in 2001 from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, Scotland. He joined the Oral and Maxillofacial residency program in 2006 and was awarded with a Membership of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow, Scotland. Dr. Mohammed then joined the Royal Children's Hospital in Melbourne, Australia for his fellowship in Orthognathic surgery. He served as head of the Dental Department at Al Nahdha Hospital and currently works as a senior consultant. With more than 20 years of expertise, he is considered one of the best in his field in the country.

Gillian Gibb graduated in 1995 with a diploma in Dental Hygiene from Glasgow Dental School. After a stay in KSA working for the military, she returned to the UK to work in the NHS private practice. Now residing in Oman, Gillian maintains an association with the British Society of Dental Hygienists and Therapists and regularly attends courses to keep up-to-date with advancing periodontal therapies. With 20 years of experience, Gillian brings her expertise as hygienist to the team at Muscat Dental Specialists, where she provides patients with hygiene services as well as preventive oral health advice. Patient examination is a crucial part of Gillian's job, in collaboration with the dentists; she ensures that her patients always receive the appropriate treatment that they need.
